By using our fixed price turnkey solution, weâll tell you in advance how much your house will cost and guarantee this fixed price for 12 months so there are no additional shocks or surprises during the process. The turnkey price includes all the painting, tiling and flooring and a selection of high quality interior finishes selected by you.
Both Dan-Wood and Cherish Homes pride ourselves in providing professional support from signing the contract through to the final building and turnkey finishing of the house, saving you a great deal of time, effort and stress. We also can provide you with advice on all of the formalities such as obtaining planning permission and help manage or guide you through the complete process. It really is a true "turnkey" solution.

Once the house design has been agreed, you will be provided with complete documentation of its construction. Walls, roofs and flooring components are manufactured in Dan-Woodâs factory and assembly started on your site on the agreed day. The house will be watertight only a couple of days or so after assembly begins. While their craftsmen are finishing off the interior, you can get ready to move in as, depending on the size of the house, it will be complete in only 8 to 16 weeks typically. This is a massive saving on traditional house builder timeframes.

Dan-Wood use modern building and insulation systems, such as external walls with very low heat transfer coefficients, solar panels, heat pumps, and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery systems all of which are designed to drastically reduce your energy bills and to keep them low.

All Dan-Wood houses come with a 20-year manufacturerâs construction warranty. That is on top of any 10-year mortgage warranty that you may wish to purchase. They only ever use the best quality building and installation materials from reputable manufacturers, and all works are carried out by their own qualified assembly and finishing teams.
DanâWood houses have the RAL quality mark for building assembly and prefabricated buildings, BOPAS Accreditation of the closed panel structural timber system (essential for mortgages) and the LABC Certificate. They also have ISOâ9001 certification which means they are continually monitored for quality and execution by the Building Materials Control in Dresden. You can rest assured the quality is second to none.
