Once planning permission is in place, we arrange the servicing of plots by sourcing a main contractor for your project to construct roads and supply power and other utilities. We then arrange marketing of the site and introduce and manage suppliers of modern, energy efficient custom-build homes for the plot buyers.

All Local Authorities have targets to hit for releasing plots for sale to self-builders and custom-builders (what's the difference between self and custom build?) so we will have government and council backing on your side.
