Cherish Homes have therefore chosen to partner with one of the most experienced European manufacturers and providers of modular houses.
Our chosen partner, Dan-Wood, has over 25 years experience of building extremely high quality homes. From their factory, they produce more than 2,500 homes a year using a flat pack or kit homes utilising modern methods of construction for high quality, precision fit and air-tightness.
Further, many of their homes are destined for Germany, Austria, Poland and Denmark and are therefore built to withstand much colder and harsher conditions than we typically experience here in the UK. These homes far exceed our typical UK Building Regulations in terms of both the standards of construction and the thermal efficiencies achieved. Cherish therefore believe we have the best construction partner in the business.
Custom Build homes are can give you the house layout you want on the plot you want and all at affordable prices. In addition, landowners no longer need to sell to the national house builders but can now do so to individual home buyers instead.
There are hundreds of houses and styles to choose from and, as it’s a custom build, each and every one can then be customised to your preferences making your home absolutely unique. All of the houses are highly sustainable and very eco-friendly with ridiculously low energy costs. Triple glazing is standard, and air-source and ground-source heat pumps are also available.
