Experienced in the Delivery of Custom Built Sustainable Eco-Friendly Homes
The running costs for a Cherish Homes designed home are are considerably lower than a traditionally built house as all of our Dan-wood homes provide outstanding levels of energy efficiency and insulation. In addition, they are all highly sustainable using very low energy levels and are extremely eco-friendly achieving a high ‘B’ Energy Rating.
They do this by providing - as Standard - the following:

Utilise Closed Panel Construction (CPC) techniques
Have triple glazing
Use air source heat pumps
Have underfloor heating
To achieve an 'A' energy rating you just need to incorporate solar panels as an optional extra at the design stage.

Self-build package homes - the easy way with a turnkey custom house builder
We offer you an alternative to buying a new property from a traditional house builder. Once you have found your potential building plot, we can help in the rest of the process:
Architect design your ideal new custom home - or select one from our catalogue of self-build house and bungalow designs
Our architects can write and submit your planning application in order to apply for planning permission
We can provide a guaranteed fixed price building quote for the house construction, giving you complete peace of mind.
We can then manage the construction of your new self-build house on a turnkey build basis, with a fixed delivery date
If required, we can also provide full project management of all of the other matters too, such as service connections, landscaping, warranties, foundations etc.
By packaging up the whole project, including turn-key house construction, we make self-build as easy as possible.
The house is delivered to your site in sealed timber-frame panels and erected to watertight stage in around 3 days. We would then look to hand over the keys to your fully finished custom built home after around 8 to 16 weeks depending upon the size of the house.
